Payment is requested at the time services are rendered.  We have benefits with
most all insurance companies.  If you have insurance, we will be happy to file
your claim.  You will be required to pay the portion of the fee not covered by insurance at the time of treatment.  We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. 
If the above financial policy presents a problem, please make other arrangements with our office manager.
